i love boston accents (my accent)
i dislike southern accents, bristish accents, and new york accents

I have to agree with the person who already answered. I like Australian accents as well as variations of British accents. (Irish people sound cool).
When hear the Southern drawl from people in South US - to me a lot of the it makes the person sound like a hick or a hillbilly. However, some women with the "southern bell" accent sound sexy.
Also, I actually am amused when I hear a Minnesota/Great lakes type accent.

I really like genteel southern accents like the ones from Virginia and the Carolinas. Very sing-songy and pretty. I also like certain New England accents (think Katherine Hepburn).
Minnesotan accents annoy me... Sorry MN! Love you, abhore some of your pronunciations!
And Bostonian accents can grate on my nerves after awhile if they are too thick (I cannot make it through the movie "Good Will Hunting"

I love accents.I have a friend who is from Rhode Island,love her accent.I have Chippewa and Sioux Indian friends,cool accents.Friends from Kentucky,love their southern accent.Augie Meyers,here in Texas uses Tex-Mex.Awesome singer,cool friend.Too many to keep track.Don't dislike any,my friend Tess she's Philippine her mom send her to boarding school because she didn't want Tess to speak Filipino.She learned to speak English and Spanish,her mom told her the Filipino language sounded vulgar.I thought that was a shame,not to know your native tongue.Peace& Love

I love to hear Southern people talk..but the most interesting in the U.S. is the Atlanta area,,,South Carolina accents...Atlanta and SC really draw it out..but is VERY charming. Oh.. Cajuns are wonderful to listen/talk to...And I am NOT making fun...these are wonderful accents etc....

I love Irish accents, especially County down kind of area.
For america I would say my favourite is an American Jewish accent, it sounds really weird but I love hearing it.

I love English and Scottish accents, but French accents drive me insane. I know they can't help it, but they really annoy me.

i prefer australian accents because it sounds good no matter what you are saying! i cannot stand to hear a french accent ecspecially on a man it sounds like they have a mouth full of peanuts!
