In short, no pun intended, you can't make it grow faster. Putting pregnancy and illness aside, hair pretty much grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do. A little faster in the summer than in the winter. But just keep eating healthily for really nice hair, of course if you have bad condition hair it will become brittle and may break off meaning it appears to grow slower or even get shorter!

Eating healthy, Drinking lots of milk, & taking prenatal vitamins will help a little bit...Your hair grows about 1/2 inch every month & this will help it grow like 3/4 or 1 inch every month. Also taking good care of your hair will help. It wont help it grow but if you are taking good care of it, it wont dry up & break off making your hair shorter. I hope this helps! Good Luck :)
