thyroid desease is a magor disorder few even know about it rules everything in your body..put this desease on the map already..fund cures..or find one!!

Because taking hormone in a pill form is so easy, there are probably no plans for a thyroid transplant. I've found the old treatment of using Armour thyroid to be so much better than the synthetic medications. The problem today is many of us need both T4 and T3. The synthetics are only T4 and are lab made. Armour is both T4 and T3 and natural.

There is no reason to transplant a thyroid gland,you can live with a partial thyroid or total thyroidectomy, with follow up medication. There is no need to transplant the gland and deal with all the concomitant problem ms of transplant rejection
