OK, so I just got Warcraft 3, i installed fine, tried playing but then It said I had the wrong type of Direct x (needed 8.1) now I have 9,0 or 9.1, and so I ran the Direct X diagnostic, and everything should work, except that when I go the the Display tab in the DX diag, It shows my video card (s3 savage 4) old one I know, the notes say
No problems found.

Direct3D functionality not available.
You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer. I can enable and disable the directdraw, and apg texture, but not the direct3d. How do i get it?

Your card doesnt support directx.You could download drivers til H freezes over and it wont do any good! You need a new video card!

You already have Direct3D from your DirectX package. But you need to update your video card driver. The easiest way to do this is via Windows Update: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

s3 Savage 4 will not run Warcraft 3, upgrade that and you will be able to play without a hitch.
