Oh please! You are obviously a kid-and I'm a mom. Make a cheese and salami plate. Heat up some crescent rolls from the cooler at the grocery store-Pillsbury? That's enough for 2 days worth at least. Or get fancy and wrap the dough around a hot dog, bake, and dip it in some mustard and catsup. But promise mom you'll eat some carrot sticks to go with it! Ramen soup is good and cheap and you can add leftover bits of meat to it and a few frozen beans or peas or even drop in an egg and stir. Add a little soy sauce. How about some green onions? Dried onions? You're young. Think! Scrambled egg sandwiches were my favorite. I was a ballet student and when I came home,I was STARVING. Try to make it a little healthy-OK? Add some fruit or veggie. How about a baked potato? 6 or 7 minutes in the microwave if it's a big one ,is a really good snack. If you salt it and put the light margarine on it and sour cream-wow-it's a meal! There are stands that sell nothing but baked potatoes with different toppings.

Clever girl!
MANY people hit a period of low blood sugar right at the time you describe! It's a sure way to cause you to pound down some useless calories, spoil your shape and ruin your dinner!
Realizing that it's just that you've 'run out of gas' from lunch is a good thing, and a handful of almonds, a piece of cheese, a tomato with a bit of basil and some balsamic vinegar, hardboiled egg, some cauliflower or celery and a nice yogurt dip, can whack that hunger, not spoil your appetite and keep you slim, slinky, hot and healthy!
Best wishes!

I always have chips and salsa. Always stuff to make a quick speghetti and always tuna for sandwiches or on crackers. I know the feeling of looking in the fridge and then going back 5 minuets later like something has changed.

If you have Strawberries, try dipping them in a Cream Cheese and Fluff mixture.
Easy to make
just mix 8 oz block of cream cheese with 1-71/2 oz jar of Fluff and serve. mmmmmm.

I love this snack when I'm looking for something different. I spread garden veggie cream cheese (I use the low fat version) on Triscuits (or any crackers...but I'm currently hooked on the pepper and olive oil ones!) and I top that with smoked turkey or deli ham. It's really good and satisfying! *and healthy!*

One of my favorite quick pick me up snacks is a peanut butter and jam sandwich made on cinnamon raisin bread.
Cheese and crackers, popcorn ,or fruit salad maybe?
Happy snacking!

ok, i'm gazing the stale bread first. in case you could toast it, it is going to likely be solid. With the cheese, in simple terms cut back off any gross-looking areas (something would be solid - cheese with the help of its nature is preserved milk). in case you ought to use the range, make toasted cheese sandwiches. If the apples are moldy, toss them out. If the cake has frosting on it, cut back that off and toast it too. in case you have any vegetables in any respect, you could desire to attempt to consume them for nutrition.
