the fat in kettlekorn is loaded with transfats and will do you no good. The only kind of popcorn that is good diet food is the popcorn that is fat free, like those quaker corn cakes or air popped popcorn. only eating half a bag is rationalizing, a half bag or a whole bag, it still is not good diet food. it is not good food period actually. If you really read the label, you will see high fructose corn syrup, and that is the leading cause of diabetes in this country. get smart, drop the kettle korn

If something is only 35 calories but 20 of those calories are from fat, even though the calorie content is low, the fact that more than half of it is fat should tell you that you should limit how much you eat of it.

The best diet snack foods (in my opinion) are foods that have high water content because the water fills you up without adding any calories. Grapes are good. Carrots are good too because you have to spend time chewing them which makes your body burn more calories just from eating it.

Just keep up with how much you are eating......the best popcorn to snack on is one that is air-popped that is fat free or low fat and very, very low sodium...no butter.......

Actually, it could be if you dont have it with butter. It is a light snack (which is why their are so many kernals in a bag).
