They changed the quiz and it depends on how much activity you get, if your nursing, age, and stuff like that. You can try the free trail on www.weightwatchers.com, go to a meeting and pay $12 for the week (still free registration) or try this which will get you close. For a women take the first 2 digits of your weight and add 5. Remember you also get 35 points to eat a week whenever you want!

I remember my dad had this calculator from WW. At the time I was almost the same as you. I remember it said I could have anywhere from 22-26, I think. Once you get under 150 it goes down to 18-24.
