All people are persecuted.
Simply because no-one can stand anyone believing anything that isn't everything that they believe in.
Doesn't make sense, does it? Let's prove God is or isn't once & for all so we can quash our squabbles!

The most persecuted group I've seen has been the Jews... then the rest of us Non's who are stuck where the majority is Mainstream Christianity. Christians do get persecuted in middle eastern countries where the majority is Muslim.

Those who have a faith are more persecuted just because they have a faith, be it Jewish, Islam, Muslim, Christian or Buddhist.
It is a shame that in a society founded on God believing principles we have to come where we are today, unacceptance of the truth which lies in the heart and soul and acceptance of what is material and only leads to the material.
90% of the world cant be wrong, 10% of the non believers just dont want to accept what is naturally part of human nature. Until this is accepted there will always be persecution.
Atheist always claim that their rights are violated by those who pray, but what about the rights of those who pray, is it not violated by those who dont let them.
It is never ending, that is until the day when it will be all be over, and the material will return to the material, nothingness, and those who are spiritual shall see life everlasting.

I vote for the jews as the most persecuted people in the world base on religion beliefs. Thwy went to various incarnations of the inquisition and hitler. Also, they get harass all the time by the muslims (and vice versa) Muslims went through the crusades but they took some heads with them too. Plus they did some invasion of their own. Christians where harrassed by the romans empire but thats about it. After that the christians have done plenty of invasion and harrasment of their own. Anything from the inquisitions, crusades, witsh trials etc etc. So, yeah, definetly the jews.

Christians, of course! More Christians have been persecuted for doing what they believe is right. Many people are unwilling to think outside their ideas and find out that there is a loving God, waiting with His arms open for them. Christians are told that they should keep their beliefs to themselves when really, non-Christians are shoving their beliefs down Christians' throats. Examples include Victoria's Secret, Abrocrombe, and many other companies.....also the media is extremely biased against Christan's. Look around people!!

in America, being persecuted has less serious meaning, but it's still non-christians. Mitt Romney can't get elected president cuz he's a mormon. no public atheist could ever get elected to anything. That in america is more persecution than not being able to put up a manger scene in front of your city hall. get real christians.

Depends on where you are. In certain areas of the world, one religion is more persecuted than others. On the Northern Ireland/Ireland border, it's Catholics and Protestants. In the USA, it's Muslims. In China, it's Christians.

It's impossible to go down to the grocery store and get a 12-pack of beer and a carton of cigarettes on Christmas day around here because the store's closed. I consider that big time persecution.

Atheists are the most persecuted, in my opinion. In the state of Texas a person who does not believe in God cannot hold an elected office. That is disgusting!

In the US, non-Christians, hands down.
The only time a Christian talks about persecution, and lions aren't involved, it's because they aren't being allowed to force their views down the throats of school children, or the rest of society through force of law.
