I am sending a small (6x9inch) package to England and I want to know if I have to include a customs form? I have enough stamps for it and I want to just pop the stamps on there and pop it in the post box. Can I do this? It is not heavy at all :)

All non letter postal items that destinate outside of the United states MUST have a customs form. No Exceptions.

Sorry :-)

Your local post office will tell you if you need a customs form, but my feeling is that you may need to fill one out.

The link to the Universal Postal Union below may help you.

You will have to take it to the Post Office, Get in Line, and hand it in over the Counter and get that little green form on it.
