I personally use the all natural products from Arbonne. They are vegan friendly (the products and/or components are never tested on animals at any stage of development). The anti-aging line is called NutriMinC RE9. These products have Vitamin C in them and smell great. I have been using the body products on my dry & cracked elbows, knees and feet, and I've seen a big difference. (I don't have old lady hands any more! - Even though I am pretty rough on my skin.)
I have a very sensitive face, so I am using the sensitive products on my face, but I have seen other people have great "age reversing" results from the face products.
The products are a little more expensive than a department store equivalent, but I think they're worth it. If you're interested there is a link to "locate a consultant." (Arbonne is a direct marketing company, like Mary Kay. You may be offered an oportunity to become a consultant when you contact a consultant.)
If you are interested in trying the products, but don't want to invest without trying them first a consultant can give you some samples to try.

Moisturise!!! A nice, smooth cream. Try RoC Hydra+ Day cream, and the night cream. Or Dr Lewinn's Day and Night cream.
If moisturising doesn't help (give it a couple of months to see a good difference), you can try using an anti-aging serum with your usual skincare routine. Try RoC Retin-Ox+ serum. Only use it once every second day, and only a small amount, because you won't need much. And it will take a while for your skin to adapt. Don't use it with any other retinol products, because it will harm your skin.
Definitely, definitely try moisturising first. Or a facial peel might help a little, but don't do it too often. Loreal Regenerist peel kit is good.

Sun damage is a large factor in how your skin will age, but genetics play a far larger role. Look at the skin of other women in your family - your mother and grandmothers. How they age will best predict how you will.

It depends on your price range. However, even if you are on a budget I'd still recommend Kinerase. It's pricey, so save up and use it sparingly at night time.

These products will not irritate your skin like Retin-A will - nor will it make it photo sensitive (but still wear at least SPF 30 everyday!).

I'm only 22, but I began using Kinerase products when I was 18 because my dermatologist said that they would not irritate my acne, but still provide the moisturization I needed. I still use the products because of their other benefits.

If you aren't on a budget, you could also use the Kinerase Cream or Lotion with SPF 30 in the AM.

they're probably expression lines from frowning a lot
always drink lots of water, eat healthy food including foods rich in omega 3 like oily fish ( think salmon/ sardines) or walnuts, fruits and vegetables, hot cocoa , and exercise. you have to get enough sleep too and don't smoke.
to avoid aging as well remember all the points i mentioned and always wear sunscreen never give up.
now to the creams , the best and least expensive would be retin a , and aha's but it's better to go to the dermatologist and you have to keep in mind that they increase sensitivity to the sun .
don't bother with cosmetics ' solution unless you want to spend more money with less effect.
good luck!

Its good you put on sunscreen everyday but just make sure you're using a stable one. Many sunscreens out there aren't.

And by "stable", I mean, a lotion/cream that protects against BOTH UVA and UVB rays.

UVB = burning
UVA = tanning, premature aging

One that I know of that sells in almost every drugstore in the US is Neutrogena's Ultra-Sheer Dry-Touch SPF 55. Sorry, I'm not trying to market it this or anything but its the only one I know in the US that's stable. I myself use Bioderma's sunscreens but I have to order from Europe [Europe has loads of wonderful, stable sunscreens! ... Canada has some too]

Anyway, Neutrogena's SPF 55 is stable because it contains both the active ingredients Avobenzone and Octocrylene. Avobenzone's purpose is for protection against UVA (tanning and premature aging) but this ingredient degrades dramatically upon contact with light. Octocrylene stabilizes this.

I believe Aveeno has a sunscreen with both Avobenzone and Octocrylene also.

..

Using a Vitamin C product is great as well. Protects against free radicals. Get at least a 10% serum and make sure it's an L-ascorbic acid Vitamin C product. Any other "Vitamin C" ingredient, like Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is simply no good.

"L-ascorbic acid" is the sure deal.

Also, try not to raise your eyebrows too much. Just try to avoid making to many expressions lines around that area (or any other area you're concerned with).

By the way, aging not only depends on one's age, but also their lifestyle. The sun causes about 80% of premature aging. You can expect a person who religiously tans or is outdoors for long periods of time (and quite frequently) to develope more wrinkles and fine lines than a person who doesn't tan and doesn't stay out in the sun for long periods of time each day.

All in all though, hereditry and a person's melanin content are factors also. If your parents have aged well or if one of your parents has and you think you have "their skin", then you can probably expect to age like he/she has. People with more melanin, like African-Americans, are more protected against the sun than lighter-skinned individuals (like those of Northern European descent) and that protects their skin from prematurely aging. Many Aftican-Americans don't have too much of a problem with wrinkles and fine lines.

Everyone's skin is different! Don't compare yourself to others! I love chanel age delay products, they are really great. Also, drink lots of water and use cocoa butter soap. My mom has used cocoa butter soap her whole life on her face and she is about to turn 50 with hardly any lines on her face.
