ok, i am trying to slim down in the stomach/thighs/butt area, just enough for bikini time over the summer. i am almost 13, i am in seventh grade, i am 5'2", and i weigh about 118 lbs. can you please tell me about any exercises or running or foods to stay away from? i am not looking for a pill or a perfect body, just to lose that extra winter fat

You should weigh 110 lbs.
Eat less than 1500 calories per day but no less than 1200 calories. Count your calories.
Eat any type of food ( and make sure it's balanced )
Just stay away from fast food. Lean Cuisines are good. So is yogurt. 100 calorie packs would be something good to pack in your lunch.
200 sit ups a day
Walk or run a bit a few times a week.

do the sit ups..i know u must be thinking that its a traditional excercise which many will say doesn't work but belive me the same traditional sit ups do wonder when u r targetting ur stomach cas they are made for them specifically and also have some healthy food but in moderation cas too mush or too less of anything is harmful...
