bleach it
manic panic also sells a color that will make it all white
it will remove all the yellow and gold undertones left over from the bleach and only white will be left.
undoubtedly other companies sell a similar product.
but you have to bleach and then use the white color. other wise you'll just have that yellowy bleached color.
