Yes, in the piers near Aloha Tower.
You can stay at any waikiki hotels, it is very close, like 5 min drive from the farest hotel (Queen Kapiolani Hotel) in waikiki.
If you want the closest hotel, it would be ResortQuest at the Executive Center. It is right in down town and walking distance (about 10 min on an average speed) to the piers. See map link below. Aloha Tower Drive is on the right. A link to the hotel broucher is also listed.
The next closest hotel in Waikiki would be Ala Moana Hotel. This hotel is operated by Outrigger (big hotel chain in Hawaii). Also listed their web-site below for your convience. This is about 3 min drive to the pier.

Piers 10 and 11 are adjacent to Aloha Tower Marketplace and its variety of restaurants and retail stores.
