for a start - take your clothes off and you'll drop a couple of pounds. Secondly, if you can find someone willing to accompany you with no clothes, there is an activity you can participate in that apparently burns lots of calories. hee hee!

This is the million dollar question for the billion dollar industry.. There are no magic pills that burn it away..
1) Cut out the carbs..
2) Cut out the sugars (and that includes diet soda)
3) Start your morning with a walk.. If you cant then take the stairs not the elevator whereever possilbe.
4) Eat about 5 times a day, but limit your portions
5) Dont eat after 8pm..
6) Dont BINGE... if your doing well, one sitting of pasta will wipe out 2 weeks worth of work
7) Get on the treadmill for 20 minutes 3 times a week..
The idea is to have your body burn up the stored calories it already has.. If you add to it then you store more fat..
Starving yourself wont work because then your body panics and holds on to the existing fat with a vice grip and wont let go because it thinks your gonna die and goes into survival mode..

Your body works just like your bank account. Put in more than you take out it gets bigger, take out more than you put in it gets smaller. That simple. Try increasing your exercise levels, doing something you enjoy and are going to stick with, whilst regulating your eating habits. A diary might be an effective tool to help you do this. There are many techniques which can help you reduce your calorie intake, eat slower is the simplest, substitute high calorie foods for lower calorie alternatives, make sure you are eating at least 1lb of fruit and veg a day and drinking at least 3 pints of water.
If you want the weight to stay off, make sure any changes you make are ones you can live with for the rest of your life.

Eat healthy stuff. Lean Cuisine is SO delicious and filling. I love it. For breakfast, try a Nature Vallyer Cereal Bar with some milk. South Beach Diet cereal bars are good too. Healthy Choice microwavable meals. Try to buy books or magazines that have other great recipes. Also, try testing out some sports. You might find one you love and it'll help you lose weight. If not, try doing push- ups or curl-up or any other stretches while watching TV or listening to music.

Ok - this is something i have done myself and it does work (plus i've never been overweight before). The easiest way is to first take your mind off food by finding a way to amuse yourself... and preferably not sitting on your sofa/couch or sitting at a PC, try a sport. Then just watch the way you eat, don't restrict yourself easting though - i don't. Finally try doing more and more press-ups or pull-ups every day and you'll find yourself becoming more toned up and losing weight quickly - listen to music that gets your adrenaline pumping while exercising, it helps motivate you.
P.S Good luck.

go to your local gym and tell them what your looking for and in what realistic time scale then they should run through a work program with you, you will feel great after you have been a few times, the first time is always the worst. it might be easier if you went with a friend or partner at least then you will have some one to talk about it with.
swimming regually is also good.
