Okay, you cannot spot train.
Working the muscle set of a certain area of your body does not make you lose weight from that area. It can actually be counter productive. If you have big abs under a layer of fat, it will make you look fat.
Your body puts weight on in certain areas in a certain area. The more excercise you do, the fat will leave your body in the reverse order it arrived on your body (e.g. most recent fat on, first fat off).
You need to move on to a healthy diet and leave off the carbs. Intense free weight training is great CV work to burn off fat and grow muscles. Eventually, your ab definition will appear. When this happens, some good ab excercises will build up a great six pack.
Medi balls work well. Avoid those ab cradles though, they're not that effective.

join the local gym. I did, i go once a week they have drew a work plan for me they have also told me the right and wrong foods to eat. i have lost the fat from my waist and still eat kebabs.
