For last year's Superbowl party, I made a chocolate cake and filled the center with Neopolitan icecream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.) I "frosted" it with hot fudge by heating the fudge until it was JUST soft, then drizzling it over the top of the cake. Each slice was served with whipped cream. The guys loved it!

I also want to try filling it with Turkey Hill mint chocolate cookie frozen yogurt. The only thing you have to be careful of is having enough room in your freezer to keep the whole thing frozen.

Other ideas:
Lemon curd and raspberry preserves with Cool Whip in a lemon/white cake.
Chocolate pudding and Oreos in a Devil's Food Cake.
Strawberry and peaches with Cool Whip in a white or cherry chip cake.

Or just different flavors of cake with frosting in between. This is such an awesome pan that you really can't go wrong! Everyone you serve it to will love the creativity!

I've used devil's food cake and a mocha mousse filling - it was pretty good. I bought a Betty Crocker mix and a Nestle mousse mix.
