Chicago style pizza is Deep Dish where the pizza is cooked in a pan and loaded with sauce meat and cheese. And real chicago pizza is where the sauce is on top of the cheese and the meat is on top of the sauce. Its delicious. New York style is thin crust and long pieces which is also delicious. You should eat your New York style pizza folded if you can actually find some real pizza like that. My favorite out of the both is chicago style. If you are in chicago, then Ginos and Lou Malnatis are by far the best places to go.

Chicago style pizza is baked in a pan and is thicker and loaded with toppongs. (think Pizza Uno or Pizza Hut).

New York stye pizza is your regular (well to me at least) thin crust pizza baked on top of an pizza oven slate.
