Day 1-Ben and Jerry's! The large size!....sad depressing breakup music...a sad movie...and an evening alone to purge the tear's from your system.....
Day 2-make a list of all the things you DIDN'T like about the person.....study it and get mad....
Day 3- Bonfire....Burn the list....along with one picture of the person.
Day 4- Sexy Makeover....make it good
Day 5- Get out of the house and meet someone new....you can't get past something if you never make a move...

Get all your girlfriends together, and go out somewhere. or, watch a bunch of your favourite movies, eat your favorite ice cream and cry it out then, the next day, go to the gym and work out all that sadness and realize that you are so much hotter and could have your pick of the littler and check out all the hot guys checkin you out.

But, cry as much as you need to girl, find a strong support system. It'll be better hun, just you wait

look at movie and make sure it,s funny and just laugh and do it purposely
or laugh yourself,you will feel so much better guaranteed and continue to keep on
living do your every day task and it will get better.
