i am interested in making a music video from clips from a movie, and using a mp3 format song. what kind of program would i need, or which would you recommend for me to do this?

use final cut pro... its the best video editing program out there, and its kinda easy. If you're familiar with photoshop and all the other adobe programs, you should have no problem.

Well if you have a Microsoft computer just grab a video camera and start filming, then when you have what you need just import it into Windows Movie Maker you can add a whole bunch of fading and special effects, its awesome. If you have a Mac, Better yet Mac's are awesome with home movies. I forget the exct name of the programs but it shouldn't be too hard to find them with Spotlight. Good luck, Brodster

u dont need any software but u have a video input device whiich connect with ur computer and edit that vedio in windows movie maker

Magix Music Maker...

i think there's version 11, but i have 10.

I love it, it's very good, and easy to understand.
