is it normal 4 a dog with cushions to have huge blue marks on the skin?

Dogs with Cushings have hair loss, so probably what you can see is the dog's natural pigment on his skin showing through the coat. Depending on the breed, most dogs do not have all pink skin, they have large areas of pigment, usually black or brown. If you are worried, ask the vet.
