I'm 13 and I don't know how to ask my mom for bigger bras. I have some 34A's but I think I need bigger ones and I don't have enough courage to ask her directly. I want a way for her to get the message to get me some bigger bras. Help? Thanks

She won't mind if you need a bigger bra. Tell her you saw a commericial for Oprah and Oprah told you that you were wearing the wrong bra. Oprah actually did a whole show based on bra fittings. You could probably print out some news articles about it if you did some research.
Any department store or victoria secret of course will do a bra fitting for you. They just measure around your bust and around your rib cage. Then you will know for sure the size you need. You are growing and will probably need to be fitted on a regular basis. Your mom is probably wearing the wrong bra size too so you could go on a bra shopping spree together. And I'm telling you, your mom will probably thank you if she gets to buy something new for herself too!

Don't be afraid to ask her. I have a cousin that had to ask her mom alot for that. I also understand because I felt embarrassed when I had to ask my mom for pads. I just went up to her & asked when I needed them. I suppose it would be the same with your bras. I always hoped if I had a daughter someday that she would never be afraid to ask me anything, maybe your mom feels that way too. Make a conversation about shopping with her & add that you need a few new bras. Its a part of life & I am sure she will understand. I hope this helps you out, & makes you feel better. Take care!

Just say, "Mom, I really need a bigger size bra." Maybe ask when you are in the car alone, at a shopping center, or at night when you have a moment alone. Or ask if you can do some chores to earn an allowance, and go buy one that fits.

Just tell her that you don't think your bra is big enough and ask her to measure you. You need to measure under your breast first and then over the fullest part. If the fullest part is 2 inches bigger then you need a size B.
1" is an "A"
3" is a "C"

Do something nice for your mom, appreciate her, tell her you love her. Your mom should be your first priority, your friend. Be open to her. Tell her the bras you have they small so you need a bigger one, she will help you with the sizes. Trust her.

Just say something like "Hey mom, my bra is feeling a little tight" or "Mom, my bras dont fit well anymore." She will just take you to the store and get you some new ones, no big deal, right?

Ask her to take you shopping as you want to go to one of the shops that will measure people for bra sizes as you think your bras are getting small. I'm sure she's not a monster she will take you.

If you hppen to go to the store, just wnader over to the bra section. Get the bigger size you need and just go along with it. She might not even notice that you picked a diffrent size.
If she does, just explain it to her....she will understand.
