kurby my welsh corgi she is nice to other people that come and love to death until she getts to know them in my family she is mean to me and my brothers but not my dad or mom why is that

my dog is nice to other people that come to our house but people it knows it mean to them and we do nothing to it i wont let us pet it at all the only time its nice to us is when i wants to eat or my dad is around the only person she is nice to is my dad

Sounds like she knows she can dominate you and your brothers and boss you around.
I don't know how old or large you are or if she is a Pembroke or a Cardigan, but one tip might be to control her. I let dogs that are about that size know that I am in control when they try to be domineering by showing them that I can pick them up. Or Put them in a pen or a bathroom, for a moment. I also divert their thoughts and try to get them to do something that I want them to so they can earn a treat that I bait them with. Doing these things gets the idea out of their minds that they are your boss and helps them realize you are theirs.

sounds like kurby has some territoriality issues. dogs are pack animals and she realizes that your mom and dad are the pack leaders, and you and your brothers are members of the pack. she is trying to establish that she's higher in the social order than you and your brothers, and shows it by being aggressive.
she's fine with strangers because they're not part of the pack, but once she realizes they're on some level connected to the pack, she has to show her dominance over them as well.
i would suggest talking to your vet or, corny as it sounds, a dog behavioral specialist who could help you help kurby understand her role in the pack and learn to respect you and your brothers, and other people who come into the house.

Always continue to love them that don't like you, and through time they will accept you and love you, persevere, and continue to show kindness, and the corgi will learn to love you as a whole family and not as individuals, spend times as a family with it, they will then love you all until the last beat of its heart, One of my two corgi's just passed away last Friday, corgi's are very intelligent, so respect them for that.
