You know the stuff that you use for Fibreglass ?
When poured into a container on its own with hardener, does it come out more like Plastic or Rubber ??

And what is it like for drilling and cutting ?

It is a brittle tough plastic, tending to be easily shattered if thin. That is why it is reinforced with glass fiber, or better still with graphite(carbon) fiber. It drills & cutts easily with sharp small teeth, that are cleaned lots. The resin has a tendency to not always set fully, so best leave it in a warm place for a few days. Any inadequate polymerisation results in stickiness which will make cutting & drilling more difficult.

More like plastic.. never like rubber..

Drilling and cutting is basically the same as plastic too for fiberglass resin (there are many different types of resins.. some of them are much like stone even but thats not what you asked)

it kinda looks like an ice cube in the bottom of a cup. It shouldn't be rubbery at all. You shouldn't be able to bend it even. It;s okay for drilling and cutting but if you are using a colored resin it will leave scratch marks and, you have to buff it out to get it to look shiny even if it is clear.
