You can't capture real time news from the internet, you might to get a Video Capture card and record it from your TV...

You can try using VLC Player which can be downloaded from videolan.org. It has an option to play and save streaming content.

your not gong to do it off the net because it's a stream , however you can use a tv capture card and capture live tv from your local area

You have to attach media hub with recorder.
