I am 5'3". I weigh 105 pounds. I am 13 years old. I am a girl. I want to be able to look good in a bikini this year at the beach in June.

Lift weight and jog to burn fat, your weight is good. Just eat less junk food and like I said exercise.

Don't worry about looking good. Get to a weight YOU think you look good at, and try to maintain that. Don't worry so much about other people's opinions; if YOU think you look great, your confidence will show and will make you look great.

I think thats fine. Your DO NOT want to get scrawny...trust me on this one.. It does not look good.

But...

If you really wantto lose weight, then perhaps 5 more pounds might be what you want.

I'm 5'5" and I weigh 116 pounds.

In my opinion, your weight is great and you shouldn't lose anymore. If you want, you can do laps in the pool or do crunches/sit-ups, to tone up.
