I realized that i'm probably not eating healthy but somehow i'm not changing it. i never have been obsessed with weight, i actually think i am a little skinny and shuld eat more, i just don't. i don't really think about food that much. like it's 2 pm right now and i haven't eaten anything yet, just drank a cup of milk. i usually don't eat much during the day, maybe one sandwitch and then something at night, but is this enough? How should i change my eating habits, i'm pretty complainable and usually don't feel like eating. i eat a lot of sweets though, i love chocolate and can eat all of it at once.

I am the same in some way, I eat to live not live to eat. You need to work out your BMI (body mass index) and as long as its in the normal range then don't worry about how you eat, also as long as your weight does not change you could just be eating the right amount of energy for your body to function with none left over to be stored. I would make one suggestion cut the rubbish out and try to eat a more balanced diet, The junk will give you the energy but none of the required vitamins and minerals. Other then that Fully understand why someone can eat when hungry and not by the clock.

Just seen your height and weight and you BMI should be around the 19.8 mark with is towards the low end of the healthy BMI range of 18.5–24.9

If you are eating chocolate all the time, STOP!! Chocolate has a stimulant in it as well as caffeine and other things!! Chocolate "dark" is not bad for you, but if you plan on eating 5 pounds a day you have a problem. Moderation is the key. I hate to read books, so I will not go to the book store and look for the "healthy guide to eating" BITE ME!!!!!! Just remember grade school and stick with it: 3 balanced meals a day (they do not have to be huge meals) but 3 balanced meals a day and a small, and I mean small snack between will not hurt. It is easy once you get into the routine of doing this. By the way, love the crap about counting calories if you are already under weight, and the B.S. about being a veggie lover, just balance it out and you will feel healthy and does not mean you have to gain so much weight that you look like a Macy's Day Balloon!

I am like you, I do not quite eat right, and I really do not like to eat anymore. I am over weight from past bad food habits, and am really trying to lose weight. I am just not hungry a whole lot anymore, but I do have low blood sugar, so I have to eat something.
My doctor tells me to eat a protein bar if I do not feel like eating a meal, or drink a shake like Ensure, or Slim-fast. At least it gets the nutrition in without having to eat a lot of food all the time. Your best bet is the chocolate protein bars since you like candy bars. They do not taste too much different, nor cost too much more and you are getting your nutrition in also. Try them, you may like them.

if you love sweets, try 1 sweet a day. and don't forget to eat breakfast. it is the most important meal of the day, because it gets you rolling through the day. try to stick a food pyramid on ur fridge to remind u how many servings of each kind of food to eat each day. good luck!

try to eat regular food and if your still hungry then eat chocolates. Eat even if you don't feel hungry every 4 hours. eat when you wake up then a snack, lunch, afternoon snack, then dinner, and before bed you can have chocolate.

Your daily calorie intake should be no more that 2000 calories. It sounds like you are sacrificing some of those calories (breakfast) to gain some room for other calorie intake like chocolate bars.
