From what you say it sounds like you think we are all lab rats in some cruel cosmic experiment. We see the cheese (being free of sin) but there's no actual way to get to it. And yet we're punished for not reaching it.
I assure you that this is not the case. Let me explain.
God is perfect, He is the opposite of sin, so He hates it when we fall prey to sin, when we hurt others and ourselves by being sinful. He hates it when we make bad choices but He doesn't hate us. Just like a good parent who sees their child lie, cheat, steal, would be very upset about the actions, but it would be more of a disappointment than anger.
Unless you are truly evil, and will deliberately cause people pain, your sins provoke God's sympathy more than His anger. How said it has to be for God the Father who went through the horrible pain of sacrificing His only child to free people from sin to see these people (us) fall victims to sin again. It's like seing your drug addicted child relapse. How painful it must be!
Here's the good news, we as Christians, have our sins covered. So as long as we do our best to grow closer to Him through prayer, reading the Bible, fellowship with other Christians and loving those around us like He loved us; then God no longer sees our individual sins, He sees Jesus' sacrifice which covered them all. So the only blame we have to deal with is our own conscience, not God's anger.
Hope this helps. Shoot me a line if you want to talk more.

I think maybe God is fed up with us in general.
Man killed his only Son, but that was suppose to happen, so he
could take the heat for all our sins.
I mean look at the world today and the crap going on, and we get progressively more violent and nasty by the day.
He doesn't expect us to be perfect but we need to at least
make an attemp at it. If we don't then we will have hell to pay.

If God truly exerted His anger at mankind we would have been destroyed like another Sodom & Gomorrah. However, our intercessor is Jesus Christ and because of His love for us he is longsuffering and slow to anger.

Yes, God knows we are not perfect. He is not mad when we sin, only when we continue to sin and refuse to repent.
