Moses and God warned people to build a boat because it was going to flood. But the people just laughed at moses. They said it was just a little bit of rain as would soon be over.
But the rain became a storm and the unbelievers of the world drowned. Is the same thing going to happen and how many people is God going to kill this time?

The bible says that the earth will never be flooded again. It was Noah, not Moses. Each region has a flood story. Read Gilgamesh, which is one of the first accounts of a flood. There is no proof of a global flood ever occuring.

Did you read the part where God promises that he will never again destroy the Earth by flood? He sealed the promise with a sign, the rainbow. You only read enough to make yourself look like a fool.

Other than not reading the bible, you obviously don't understanding the circumstances of the events.
For instance, It has never rained before that point, so you have an event coming that people didn't understand.
Noah was preparing for that event, so you have a child of God readying himself (despite the ridicule he received).
You have the rain coming, and those lost basking in it.
All in all, you have a group of people who opted NOT to have a relationship with God, NOT following the lead of the child of God, and basking in their inevitable doom.
Sounds familiar?

Hmmmm..... You have your events a little helter skelter there. Plus, at the end of the story, God sent a rainbow as a covenant that He would never again wipe out humanity in that way ever again.

God has a lot of experience at drowning people. He'll probably go for a new record this time.

No more floods. GOD gave the rainbow as a pledge and sign it would not happen again.
Next time it is plagues and nuclear fallout.
