I have had a headache all day, and my bladder is starting to burn. I have only had 7 sips of fluids today, and my mom usually tells me to drink water and it's all better. I think I am dry down there, and therefore it creates irritation in my urethra. Do you agree?

Sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection. Go see a doctor. Also, you really ought to make a serious effort to drink more liquids, mostly water and in your current situation, cranberry juice. If you don't like the juice, take the pills. There are numerous benefits to drinking water, other than to help prevent UTIs. I, myself, have issues with not drinking enough fluids. Keeping a bottle of water with me helps a great deal. I also make sure to drink a glass of water when I wake up, and another before I go to bed.

If you have had only 7 sips of water today, you seriously need to get some drinking (water or squash, not tea, coffee or alcohol) in before you go to bed. You are very likely dehydrated.
If you are dehydrated ALL body fluids are reduced including intimate fluids.
GHet drinking and it will all get back to normal when your fluid level is good again.

If you are dehydrated then you do need to drink more water, juice and other liquids.
You should be having at least 8 glasses filled with 8 ounces of fluids a day.

you should drink more water.... being dehydrated can cause a lot of different types of problems. the good thing though, is that once you start drinking enough the problems can quickly be resolved. if you drink several glasses of water a day and in a day or two you still feel irritated and dry, then you should see the doctor just in case.
good luck.

Umm... I'm no doctor, but for goodness sakes, 7 sips isn't much liquid! Sounds like dehydration.

Drink more water!!! Also, you might try drinking some cranberry juice (or try the capsules if you don't like the juice). They still won't due much good if you aren't drinking enough water.

Very muchly I agree. You should drink at least 8 cups of water a day...seriously, I know it sounds kinda corny.

Your body NEEDS water to function right. BaAaAaAad things could happen if you do what your body needs.

Take care

LOL - not dry 'down there' but maybe dehydrated...although you don't get dehydrated on just one day.

Bladders are not 'down there' - your uretha is though and if it is burning then you most likely have a urinary tract infection. GO to a doctor!!
