Non-believers will not be "condemned" until after death so there's no way a book can condemn you. The Bible offers warning to what will happen to those who don't believe and guidance to those that do

The Bible dose not condemn non-believers.... The Bible is not intended for non-believers.... The laws of God in The Bible do not apply to non-believers.... non-believers are free to get away with any thing they can under the laws of man on this mortal world.... The Bible is only for those open to the leading of God through The Holy Spirit. Only those open to God will find what God has for them in The Bible,

Condem? A bit harsh. God answers in fact about where you will go should you reject him. That is not condemnation, but a direction for one to choose. Condemned to death would be appropriate because Chirst has beaten death for believers in him. Without belief in him there is no eternal life. No other religion brings this to light because there is no light after death for them. No proof, as Christianity has brought to the world by the 1000's of witness's that spurned threats of earthly death, and possibilities of being cast out of their families and homes for passing on what they saw when Christ appeared to them after death. Pretty sobering if you ask me. You may not ask, and so be it. It's your choice. Belief in fact, or belief in a feeling.
