Unfair how? We all have the same opportunity. Isn't it our own choice to accept or deny? (If I'm reading your answer correctly)

Yep, every decision we make will effect us eternally, either for the good or the bad. Not only for the choices we make, but for they way we think and act, and live. God knows our heart and our motives, and noone can fool God about anything. So, we must take life seriously, as we will our death, and be sure the choices we make will benefit us, that heaven is our goal. The alternative is really awful, hell forever hell. no thanks. life eternal with Jesus, only way to go. And, He says obedience leads to blessings and disobedience leads to curse. Have to know what the Bible says to obey, huh? Start reading and praying. Choose wisely my friend.

Hello!
The answer is Yes. The choice to accept the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ exempts you from eternal damnation. Accepting and believing in Jesus assures you a place in Heaven.

Only if the thing in charge is terribly unfair.

If you had a puppy, and it pooped on the carpet, would you try to change its behavior or manipulate it genetically so that it would live forever writhing in pain?

I think if you say the second, we'd call you a nut job, even though that's what some claim of their god.

No. In a hundred years, no choice which I make now will have the slightest effect on me.

They will. A large part of it is that the choices we make affect who we become, and who we become (spititually wise---not with positions or anything) is who we are eternally.

Yes our choices do have eternal effects. However as far as sin, you are forgiven whenever you ask for it.

I don't believe in eternal existence, so no. I do believe that one's actions in the present do effect the future though.
