Your question is hard to understand but I think I know what you are asking. Yes, "there" are legal actions that can be taken if an employee starts a fight with a customer. They could be arrested and/or they could be fired or reprimanded. And the customer could sue the employee and the restaurant owner.

Yes, there are. If the fight was started by the employee, he/she could be fired or repremanded by their boss. The customer could press charges, and the police could be called and arrest the employee.

Then they take it from there.
