How do I start a convo, with this girl I like in my study. I don't think that she knows that I like her, and she really only knows my name. I really like her, and I want to get to know her better, and I know I have to talk with her 1st before I can ask her out, Are there any peticular ways to start a convo, or techniques anyone has the WORKS???....help

Just ask her questions to get to know her. The possibilities are endless; movies, music, subject in school, teachers, food, color ...

Start a conversation over the class you have together. It's not going to get you too much info about her but atleast it will break the ice and lead you to a position where you can ask questions like "So how was your weekend?" and things like that.

Tell her that you need help with homework, and would she like to come help tutor you? You're complimenting her intelligence, and giving yourself an opportunity to see her again, and get to know her better. The worst she can say is no.
