This is the roaster (below) recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I follow most of their recommendations religiously. I also have almost all All Clad with a few Le Creuset. I purchased mine from Amazon.com. I couldn't find the same model in the store.

Here is the name as listed in Amazon.

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless Special-Value 16 Inch Roaster with Nonstick Roasting Rack

alton brown recommends in one of his kitchen gadget books that the all-clad roaster the small one not the big one for 90% of all home chefs. Not the non-stick variety, the shiny stainless steel petit roti one. I just purchased one myself and am anxious to roast something now!!!!!

If you don't want an all clad one, Sur La Table makes on eas well for about $100. I didn't think it was heavy duty enough, so I went with the all clad. I love their products and see most of the chefs working at restuarants here in napa using them. So they must be good.
