I believe it's Italian, which I'm not very fluent in, but it looks like "I was saying how big your mouth was, but I think your a$$ seemed (good cursed? doesn't make sense to me) in (I have no idea what que is, maybe a form of those) jeans. I don't know what saparit is.

It's Italian and has gone through an on line translator, so it is incorrect. I can guess what the original text was:
"I was talking about how big/large your mouth is but I think your "lower backside" (which here translated into "donkey") looked damn good in those jeans."
