I need one that gives me step-by-step directions (i.e., start out on Main street, turn left on College St, etc). I'm no good with just maps..I need to find an 8-10 mile route in Wake Forest, NC.

As for turn by turn directions, you may just want to try using Yahoo Maps, Google Maps, Mapqest Maps, etc. after you have found a suitable route on which to run.

i would check with your local running stores, and see if they have any clubs that meet in the area. a running club will have all kinds of great info like that.
