so you are an american for real! Everyone tought it was a joke because of your name and maybe because of the two words under your question (penis, seni) do you know what you posted?
however you've alredy obtained an answer for the sentence above, but is written badly, it seems not an italian who wrote it..
pf maybe means a sound of pity, but is often written with two ef pff! and if you were talking about politic maybe it would mean DI PARTE as partisan, but in the way you wrote it, the second statement, after MERDA has no sense
