恐れ入りますが交換方法をどのようにされますか、お教えいただければ助かります。

こちらはファイルバンクのビックメールで送信させていただく予定です。
時間の都合が合うようでしたらメッセンジャーも検討しています。
こちらは午後から夕方6時半位まででしたらメッセでの交換可能です。
音源データ送信方法の詳細をよろしくお願いします。
