I don't think it matters if that guy is married or not.If he offers me to learn the golf then I will surely accept it.

Are you interested in learning to golf? If so accept. If you aren't interested don't.
I've invited several of my coworkers to play tennis in my tennis league (my husband doesn't play tennis and therefore I'm always on the lookout for a partner for doubles)
Why assume that anytime a guy is nice that he is hitting on you? You might just remind him of his daughter. Then again, he might be helping you out in the company. A lot of companies golf is a big deal. Many deals are made with clients and promotions are decided. You'd hate to miss out on a promotion b/c you weren't there. This guy might be helping you out.
I'd make it clear on the first golf lesson that I was interested in learning golf only from him.
And if I was interested in him socially, I'd make it sure on that first golf lesson that he was single.
But don't go to learn how to golf if you are only interested in him socially. Think how embarrassing that would be if he was trying to teach you golf, at the country club he and his wife go to, and you wore a short skirt and sexy top. Plus I'd ask him first if there are any fees--hate to get there and be expected to pay a pro and not have the cash.
I don't see what being offered lessons in a competitve sport has to do with him being married. Many golf pros that offer lessons are married. That doesn't make them any less a golfer.

If your're really going to learn golf then it shouldn't matter. You'd be safer finding out if he's married so you don't get caught up in a big mess.

rule number one in the workforce is no dating in the workplace. Appearance is everything. If someone hears about you or sees you two golfing together, itll be trouble, whether or not it is more than just you learning golf. They will then spread rumours and gossip about you two, and as you know, bad gossip travels faster than good gossip, even if its not true.

Find out if the guy is married. If he is go as a tag a long with his wife.
Really it would be better to decline.
If he isn't or isn't in a serious relationship... then it could be okay.
