I,m glad to see that a lot of other people think that Buster Douglas was the most undeserving champion and he was in every way first he should have been counted out when he was knocked down then in his first defense he came into the fight grossly over weight he could not handle success so he sabotages his owen crown can you believe that here is a guy that has fought all of his life and he just gives Evander Holyfield the heavy weight title

most undeserving was Michael Moore who really picked up the title during the sudden drop in possible contenders(Tyson was in Jail, Lewis had lost a shocker, Holyfield wasn't truly around, Bowe was gone, Ruddick was also never heard from again after a Lewis fight) so there wasn't no true power. The same case could be made for the Bums that held the titles before the Tyson Era and After the Ali/Fraizer/Foreman era

Even though Douglas did have one lucky punch, give him credit for doing what no other boxer even came close to doing.(Knocking Tyson out) I'll have to say Tommy Morrison is the most undeserving. I believe he won the WBO in June of 1993. He was a joke.

I always thought Leon Spinks was.
Sure he was a great olympian, but he beat an old Ali, then lost to the same old Ali in his next fight (Ali went on to lose to Holmes than Berbick in his next two fights).
He won the title in his 8th pro fight, and although he had a medal, he didnt have one good win on his record. He did however draw with Scott LeDoux.
After losing in the rematch with Ali, he gets knocked out a few times, including losses to the heavyweight champ (Holmes) and Cruiserweight champ (Qawi).
Still have to respect that he wasnt necessarily quite in the era of 3-4 heavyweight champs at the same time.

Michael Spinks or Buster Douglas. It's a toss up...
Or anyone holding one of the fifty titles out there now. Boxing is terrible. In their PRIME, Tyson, Lewis, Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Louis, or Holyfield would beat every one of the title holders now.

Buster Douglas. He didnt even really win that fight. Then after that shows up to the next fight way overweight and losses bad. Also I dont think Valuve deserves the title right now.

Jess Willard, he took the title in a fixed fight against Jack Johnson. They just couldn't stand to see a black champion at that time.
