Yes. I hope it provokes a lot more research on the subject.

Yes, I did. All those that say it was crap are also the ones who don't want to do excavation on it...which makes them hypocrites.
People are REFUSING to even look into it further and do more DNA testing...why not track down the bones and look closely at them? I think that was the WHOLE point to the documentary. It has been 27 years since the discovery and it is time that we properly looked at ALL the evidence and not just the point that they were common names...common names which happen to be all in one tomb.

The thing the churches fear even more than people possibly finding out Jesus was not resurrected, was married or had a child was that the documentary may actually lead to people thinking.
But based on people's answers here, I really don't think they have much to worry about.

I watched it. All i in my view observed replaced into lots to be finished. there replaced into no genuine information provided against it interior the fairer stick to up application, in simple terms holes in what replaced into provided. yet I observed dissimilar holes. in the event that they might take the DNA from the bones, get a very sturdy map of the kin interior the crypt, and it matched the way it could, you will possibly have a stable case. yet they did not do this. and that i observed a gaggle of different loose ends that must be tied up.

Yes.
It was lame.
The director seemed deceptive from the start.
Many things were said out of context.
They had a show right after with Ted Koppel as moderator with the director of the documentary and several experts. The director, his archeology advisor and the documentary got 5 out of 6 thumbs down.

I watched. While I may not agree with how it was presented, I find the concept very interesting. People who say it's false without any further archaeological investigation are really just sticking their heads in the sand.

Yes, I saw it. I fell asleep during the debate that Ted Koppel had with the director after-wards, though. The whole thing was on too late, and it was too long.

I started to, but I started dozing on the couch. From what I saw, they were taking too long to say what they had to say. I'll try and catch a repeat during the day.

Yes. Plausible, but boring. They fully admitted it was speculation based on probabilities, so I don't know what everyone is so worked up about.
