I am have a CT scan on Wednesday @ 11 am...I am suppose to be @ work @ 3:30, are there any side affects to having the scan w/ dye that will cause me to feel terrible @ work? Should I just take the day off?

You should be fine to work. It will of course depend what dye is being used but if you were expected to take time off work you should have been told. The scan itself has no side effects, you need to discuss any possible effects the dye may have before the scan is done.

i had no side effects from mine but that was 5 years ago nearly
take the day off just in case
