what is the law for children to be able to stop using car seats. im reading all over but cant get a definite answer. if you can please help that would be great.

Children MUST be secured in an appropriate child passenger restraint (safety seat or booster seat) until they are at least 6 years old or weigh at least 60 pounds.

ok I in simple terms have been given pulled over and replaced into heading out the parking zone I saved telling my daughter to place her seat belt on and the cop pulled me over and additionally you be attentive to like all of us you get frightened around law enforcement officers he asked me why I didnt have her seat belt on and that i stated I forgot yet so he wrote me a cost tag now i don't be attentive to what to i've got by no potential have been given a cost tag like this till now bc I continuously verify this is on
