Go to the grocery store. Buy 4 boneless chicken breasts. Then head to another aisle and find Campbells Supper Bakes in a box. I love the Lemon Chicken one and always add some extra fresh lemon juice to the sauce and rice. However, they have other varieties, too, with cheesy pasta and so forth. Everything you need is in that box except your chicken. Prep time is about 5 min... and it tastes like homemade!! Give it a try !!

Upside down pizza casserole. Brown a pound and a half of ground beef (or ground turkey). Stir in enough spaghetti sauce to cover it all (a cup or two). Dump into casserole dish and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese (however much you want). Open can a ready-made biscuits; mash them flat and arrange them over the cheese so its covered. Put in oven and bake according to the directions of the biscuits (usually 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes). Serve with a salad, and dinner is done!

Simple Tater Tot Casserole
1 lb. Hamburger meat
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbs. wosterschier sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese...we like sharp
Brown hamburger meat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Drain. Add soup and wosterschier, stir to blend. Put in 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with tater tots. Sprinkle tots with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at the temperature suggested on the tater tot bag until the tater tots are done. Sprinkle on cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly.
We usually eat ketchup on ours. You really don't need anything to go with this unless you want a veggie. I hope you enjoy it.
