Hahaha! Thanks for the laugh! Yes, I would say that it's probably healthier to eat the box rather than what is inside when it comes to the "candy" cereals. If fiber is what you're looking for, though, I'd stick to Shredded Wheat or All Bran...they taste better than cardboard. Plus, soggy cardboard might cause some GI issues- just a guess!

One of my favorite things is eating Shredded Wheat hot.
1 c. Original Almond Breeze
1 c. Shredded Wheat
Combine, microwave for 2 minutes, or until hot
Add cinnamon to taste, and additional Almond Breeze as needed
Optional: sitr in raisins, berries, etc.

you can bet on it! I saw a video recently about how the iron in cereal is actually metal shavings. It show you how to extract the metal with a magnet. Google "metal shavings in cereal" and you can find it online. Besides that, there are boatloads of artificial colors, chemicals, and preservatives in it. Fortunately, my little one loves her hot oatmeal and rice cereals. Quinoa is also a great hot cereal

nope. Mythbusters did a segment on it. even the pure sugar cereals are slightly better than the cardboard box.
