Just make sure that you always use a clear Base coat before you apply nail polish and when you remove your polish apply a moisturiser or cuticle oil and gently buff* the nail. This will remove the brownish colour immediately.

*Use a soft buff block or white block on your nails.

Do you smoke? That's probably why. Try giving them a good buff. Buff them even if you don't smoke. You might be using a product that turns them that color.
