These work when typing in word as well as in MSN, basically hold down the "alt" key and then type the number at the same time so if you wanted to type "comment ça va?" you'd type
"c-o-m-m-e-n-t alt0231-a v-a?"
à = Alt + 0224
á = Alt + 0225
â = Alt + 0226
æ = Alt + 0230
ç = Alt + 0231
è = Alt + 0232
é = Alt + 0233
ê = Alt + 0234
ë = Alt + 0235
ì = Alt + 0236
í = Alt + 0237
î = Alt + 0238
ï = Alt + 0239
ò = Alt + 0242
ó = Alt + 0243
ô = Alt + 0244
ö = Alt + 0246
ù = Alt + 0249
ú = Alt + 0250

Er..the grave accents you show are in fact acute accents.
The grave accent goes the other way.
What do you mean by aigu ? Acute I take it.
The c with a small squiggle undernearth (called a cedilla.)
I can't seem to be able to get any accents on mine..I await your answers with interest.)

Well, you can use your number keypad on the right hand side of your keypad, make sure numlock is on, and the alt key at the same time. Here is a great website with all the number codes needed to type accented characters.

If you have and international keyboard, it's an advantage because you can communicate and write everywhere, instead of having many small square to replace the unknown letter on your MSN or anywhere else.
' +e = é apostrophe pour les accents aigus
' +c = ç " " " c çédilles
` +e = è pour les accents graves (touche avant le 1)
^ +e = ê accents circonflexes (shif + touche 6)
Prononciation:
é as in élève = é, et, été, as in ate, eight.
è as in spray, tray, clay.
ê and ai = as in spray, tray, clay.
ç = ss
Voilà! Bonne chance.

Okay you want the çÇ:
Lets see...
~ Press the same key for the accent then press c.
Since you need the ctrl alt for those, I'm not sure it will work.
~ ç = U+00E7 or Alt+0231
~ Ç = U+00C7 or Alt+0199
Those are others you will need as well if you dunno them already:
~ æ = U+00E6 or Alt+0230
~ Æ = U+00C6 or Alt+0198
~ œ = U+0153 or Alt+0156
~ Π= U+0152 or Alt+0140
Hope I could help!
Hugs,
V.
