Just from you, showers are typically a girl thing. This is a good opportunity for you to become more than just her brother's girlfriend. Weddings are always such great bonding experiences!

I've always heard that you put the gift was from you only, if the invitation was to you only. However, every bridal shower I've ever attended, including my own, had not only the bf/gf or husband/wife's name, but also any children...especially if it was from 'his' side of the family, and you don't know those people well yet. (maybe it's a southern thing??)
About the only shower I've ever attended that I included only my name was a baby shower for a co-worker. Anytime it was family, including birthday parties, I always put it from the both of us.
Hope it helps.

The gift is just from you. Bridal showers are for girls, and the gift is from the invitee. You should get her something off her registry or some pretty lingerie (depending on how close you are with her). But, it's just your name that goes on the card!

Technically, the gift is just from you. However, whenever I went to any shower/party from my boyfriend's (now fiance's) side, I would put both names on the card, just to help whomever I was giving the gift to identify who gave it. ("Sue? Sue? Who's Sue? Oh, Sue and Jim, right, that Sue")

Just you. When you buy them a wedding gift, it will be from both of you.

Even though you only attend, the gift is from the two of you.

It's a girls thing (unless otherwise noted) so the gift would be from you to her.

It should come just from you since you were the one invited.
Good luck!
