I need to travel on March 30th, and need the passport to get a Visa!

I called the post office today, who said there is no real way to track the status. They said the passports are delayed, but since I did mine in Jan. I should be getting it.

I would visit the passport office at the post office where you applied. They should be alble to give you an answer in leass than 30 minutes. If that fails, get the number for the passport center where your application would have been sent and advise them of the urgency since you are travelling soon....

I applied for a passport in mid-January. My passport came in today's mail. Hope this helps.

I just applied Feb 11 and got online today and the system predicts I will get mine April 10. They are soooo backlogged especially this year and Feb thru April are the busiest months.

sometimes it can take a couple weeks....sometimes a couple months, you might get it soon because its not summer yet (thats when everybody travels)
