It was working and then it suddenly died. I cannot turn it on. I checked the hepa filter, which could use replacing. Why won't the machine turn on?

Does it have an internal shutdown switch that needs to be reset or something?

Who can I call in the Southern Ontario / Hamilton area?

Thanks,

Andrew

It's a Rainbow that's why it quit. The water reaks havoc on the motor and "computer chip". It was probably the best thing for it. Good luck on getting the Rainbow Rexair "manufacturer warranty" backed up. If there even is such a thing....A 20lb sledge hammer would definitely take care of the problem. Oh, if the water "catches" everything.......why do you need a HEPA filter???

Depending on the age of the Rainbow you could have bad carbon brushes or a bad on/off switch or the interlock switch is not making good contact. A Rainbow tech would be able to diagnose the problem.
